About the Ravenel House:  Purchased by the Ravenel family in 2017, this gorgeous 1912 brown shingled craftsman home is a grand old lady, full of turn of the century charm.

Getting There  In the Montclair District of Berkeley, off Claremont Avenue between the top of Alcatraz and the top of Ashby.   Bikeable and walking distance from BART and College Avenue bus Lines.  While there is fairly good street parking available, we recommend parking a block or two away and walking to reduce traffic impact right at the site.  We are very sorry that this private home is not wheel chair accessible as there is a pretty good flight of stairs.  However,  if you would like to order online we are glad to assemble your package and deliver them to street level.
