In this overview class I will talk about brewing a number of different homemade alcoholic products and will demonstrate making Mead, or honeywine. Mead is a traditional drink is made from water, honey and yeast with other fruits and spices added in to enhance the pleasure in drinking it. I will talk about brewing equipment, ingrediants and processes in general and mead making in specific.
This is a Zoom based class.
